Get found first, convince second

R. M. Prozessfinanzierung takes on the cost risk of suing over heavy sports-betting or casino losses on behalf of those affected. The catch: someone struggling with a loss like that rarely searches for a company name. They google their situation. That is exactly where the site had to appear, as high up as possible.

"Someone searching in a crisis only finds what was built to be found."

Visibility in a noisy market

The space around sports betting is crowded. Betting operators advertise in every break, and many compete for the losers. Anyone who genuinely wants to help faces a first problem that has nothing to do with the law: being found at all.

  1. 01

    The field

Operators advertise aggressively, and many competitors push for the same people. A new site does not start on open ground here, it starts in the middle of the noise.

  2. 02

    The decision

I built the site for discoverability throughout. Every page answers a real question people have, from a first assessment to how a case proceeds. So it surfaces for whoever is searching on Google.

  3. 03

    Substance as leverage

A news section, a guide, and an overview of real court rulings give the site weight. That helps readers who want to inform themselves first, and it shows that someone takes the subject seriously.

  4. 04

    Serious despite the noise

It was allowed to be loud, the way betting sites are: black, a hard yellow, a green that pushes you to call. The tone stays factual. The subject does not take to a show.

  5. 05

    Live

The site is online under its own domain, publicly reachable, with no barrier in front of it. First impressions are decided in seconds, so it loads fast and works with keyboard and screen reader too.

News and guide keep growing, ruling by ruling, article by article. Visibility is not something you set once. It is upkeep.

It can be loud without looking cheap

The reference was the betting operators' own sites, just a touch more grown-up. Bold display type in capitals, plenty of black, a yellow used as a signal, and a green that points the way to the free first call. Red is reserved for loss. The site feels familiar to its audience and still serious enough for a legal matter.

Operator-style presence, color and type system, hero with moving image, consistent visual language

Visibility

SEO structure and a clear architecture across around a dozen pages, news and guide section, court-rulings overview

Quality

Accessibility (aligned with WCAG 2.2 AA), fast load times, GDPR-compliant and consistently data-minimal

What this project came down to

Found in search

A clean structure and dedicated pages on sports betting, online casino, and rulings. Each answers a concrete question rather than just chasing a keyword.

A clear path to help

From the first question to the free initial call, the path is short and straightforward, with no form hurdles or detours.

Editorial substance

A news section and a guide keep the site alive and answer the questions that come before the first call.

Rulings as an anchor

An overview of real court decisions, explained and put in context. Evidence instead of promises, on a subject where trust is hard won.

In our field, trust is everything, and that is hard to convey online. Florian Keusch got into how our business works without us having to explain at length. The site stands out and still feels serious, and people find it. That was exactly what we needed.
