Many cases carry weight.
DeineRechte.at · Platform for bundled proceedings
The consumer platform of the law firm Peschel & Partner Rechtsanwälte: losses at online casinos without an Austrian licence, disputed loan processing fees, rent increases based on index clauses. Similar cases are bundled and pursued together. The first assessment is free and comes straight from a lawyer. The site leads from a first suspicion to an enquiry in a few minutes, shows with a seal, reviews and press coverage who stands behind it, and speaks seven languages. Relaunched in July 2026, with the brand and URLs kept.
Context
When many people have been through the same thing
DeineRechte.at is the consumer platform of Peschel & Partner Rechtsanwälte, the firm at Karmeliterplatz in Vienna. It covers three areas in which hardly anyone is affected alone: losses at online casinos without an Austrian licence, loan processing fees of up to four percent of the amount borrowed, rent increases based on index clauses. Similar cases are brought together and pursued as bundled proceedings. For the relaunch I kept the goal narrow: turn visitors into enquiries a lawyer can assess straight away.
"Nobody writes to a law firm expecting to be left in the dark. The first reply has to tell you where you stand."
Strategy
Single cases, one proceeding
Anyone who has lost a lot of money weighs it up for a long time before contacting a law firm. The site takes the risk out of that first step. It explains the matter calmly, keeps the enquiry short and says openly who answers and what happens next.
- 01
One place for three case groups
Gambling losses, disputed loan processing fees, rent increases through index clauses. Three case groups in which many people have been through the same thing. Each one has its own topic page with the legal position, the procedure and the questions that really come up.
- 02
The short path to an assessment
The funnel sits right in the hero: pick a case group, state the rough amount, leave your contact details. A few minutes, free of charge. The firm usually comes back within two working days and says whether legal action is worth pursuing and how it can be financed. What arrives is read by the lawyers themselves: Dr. Oliver Peschel, who has been running casino proceedings since 2019, and Mag. Manuel Schölm.
- 03
Trust backed by evidence
The site shows evidence rather than assertions: the Kurier seal "Beliebter Anwalt 2026" for Dr. Peschel, the firm's Google reviews, press coverage running from ORF and Kurier to the Financial Times, plus two television reports that load only on click. And the sentence that matters: no assignment, no purchase of claims, the claim stays with its owner, in full. The terms are used as the law uses them, not as marketing would.
- 04
Seven languages
German, English, Turkish, Romanian, Hungarian, Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian, Chinese. Not everyone living in Austria looks for a law firm in German. The platform is there in the language people actually search and ask in.
- 05
A relaunch without a break
The platform was already well established, and its URLs work. The rebuild carried them over: the same brand, the same URLs, no broken links. Regular visitors know their way around straight away.
The site has been live since July 2026. The legal ground keeps shifting, and the structure is laid out so that another case group finds its place without a rebuild.
Implementation
Violet and orange on light paper
The brand was already well established, so I built on it instead of replacing it: a light base, deep violet and orange as signal colours, plus labels in a typewriter style that bring receipts and bank statements to mind. The presence is allowed to advertise and does so with confidence, while the tone stays as sober as a law firm calls for. It opens with a short, quiet video: receipts and papers falling across a bright surface.
Strategy
The platform conceived as the path from a first suspicion to a qualified enquiry: three case groups with a topic page each, free first assessment right in the hero, procedure and financing set out openly
Design
Existing brand developed further instead of replaced: light base with deep violet and orange, typewriter-style labels as a receipt detail, a quiet moving opener
Visibility
A topic page of its own for every case group with the legal position, the procedure and the questions that come up, seven languages (German, English, Turkish, Romanian, Hungarian, Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian, Chinese), a multi-step funnel and the existing URLs kept intact
Quality
Short load times despite the moving hero, television reports loaded only on click
What carries the platform
Three details, then a lawyer replies
The funnel in the hero leads to the free first assessment in a few minutes: case group, amount, contact. The answer usually comes within two working days, from a lawyer.
Proof, not promises
The seal, the reviews, the press coverage and two television reports sit exactly where people hesitate. The financing is set out openly as well, from legal expenses insurance to litigation funding, before anyone has to ask.
Found in Turkish too
Every case group has a topic page of its own, with the legal position, the procedure and the questions that come up there. In seven languages, so the platform also turns up where nobody searches in German.
Fast on every device
The video in the hero runs without sound and holds nothing up. The rest of the site is built for speed, including on a phone over mobile data.
