Software for a trade that looks closely

Aporion is the AI software for pharmacies from the house of steps2grow: demand forecasts for purchasing and inventory, a chatbot for customer questions, visibility in AI search, social media and positioning. All without changing the pharmacy management system. For the launch of the purchasing module, the brand needed a presence of its own: one that explains the product, works out the benefit and turns interest into enquiries.

"A pharmacy does not buy software because it says AI on the label. It buys what it understands and can check with its own numbers."

Explain, work it out, convince

Pharmacies keep close track of their numbers. Selling them software on claims alone gets nowhere. So the presence rests on a clear explanation, a calculation anyone can follow, and a short path to a conversation.

  1. 01

    A landscape as a brand

The visual world is a landscape rendered in 3D just for this brand: lines running like demand curves over a dark horizon, a calm glow above. Each module got its own motif from the same world. On desktop the scene moves in a slow loop, more atmosphere than effect.

  2. 02

Every module gets its own page

Purchasing and inventory, the chatbot, visibility in AI search, social media, positioning: each module has a full page with real screens from the software and answers to the questions that actually come up in a pharmacy.

  3. 03

    A calculator instead of promises

What does it bring? The savings calculator answers with numbers: enter direct suppliers and an hourly rate, read the possible savings per month. Openly calculated, with the basis stated.

  4. 04

The short path to an enquiry

A multi-step funnel sits right in the hero: pick a topic, add a few details, leave your contact. Three steps, and the enquiry lands on Aporion’s desk, with an automatic confirmation to both sides.

  5. 05

    Trust you can verify

Real reviews from the Google profile, a team with faces, the partnership with the Essenz pharmacies and a page of its own on data security. Whoever wants to check, can. With AI, that is half the buying decision.

The presence has been live since July 2026, in German and English. The modules keep growing and the site grows with them: new content, new motifs and ongoing care are as much part of the work as the launch itself.

Night blue, with a glowing horizon

Deep night blue as the ground, a gradient from blue to light blue as the single accent, a clear geometric typeface. The rendered landscape returns on every page, sometimes as a panorama, sometimes as a detail. No pharmacy cliché, no stock photo: a software brand with a place of its own that looks ahead.

Strategy

The presence conceived as a sales channel: explain, work it out, enquire; each module with a full page of its own and everyday language instead of jargon

Design

A visual world of its own as a demand landscape rendered in 3D, night blue with a glowing horizon, clear typography and calm motion

Visibility

Built so that Google and AI services take in the content reliably, completely bilingual DE/EN, with a savings calculator and a multi-step funnel

Quality

Accessibility aligned with WCAG 2.2 AA, fast load times on every device, GDPR-compliant and data-minimal

What carries this presence

The benefit, worked out

The savings calculator turns the promise into a number: possible savings per month, openly derived. That convinces more thoroughly than any adjective.

Enquiries instead of bounces

The funnel in the hero leads to an enquiry in three steps, and the form confirms automatically by mail. Visitors become conversations.

Found in search and AI

All content sits cleanly structured and bilingual in the HTML. The site is built so that Google and AI services take it in reliably, which is Aporion’s own subject, applied to itself.

Fast on every device

The pages load at once, on the phone in a busy pharmacy day too. Motion appears only where it does not slow anything down.

The site speaks the language of pharmacies and works out the benefit openly. There is no better way to show Aporion. After steps2grow, this was our second project with Florian Keusch. It will not have been the last.
